company courses: setting the course - from the beginning
The inlingua language school Hanover sets up an individual training concept for each customer meeting the requirements precisely in every respect.
The first step to design a wide-ranging training concept is a joint target set-up and resulting from that the tasks to be fulfilled. In doing so, we also pay extra attention to our customers´ Corporate Culture, their strategic starting points in the Human Resources field and the internal resources and capacities. We will show discrepancies among conceptional ideas, target setting and specific company matters and will suggest solutions.
For the students, in order to give them perfect and permanent motivation to continue learning, we consider it essential to inform the course particpants of common targets and tasks in detail.
