During intensive training vocational students learn how to conduct business talks in English and Spanish. The main focus is on everyday situations in the business world - business phone calls, letters, faxes, e-mails or customer talks- in realistic role plays, trainer and students together develop conversational, telephoning, rhetorical and negotioation tactics. In addition, practical topics like travelling, trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences are dealt with. Different countries, different customs - intercultural communication is a vital part of the training programme. A good command of English, computer literacy, organisational talent and good communication skills are essential for this course.
